About the Opportunity
S.i. Systèmes is seeking a skilled Technical Training Developer to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This exciting opportunity is part of our ongoing effort to transform Canadian Commercial Banking front-to-back lending processes through our nCino / Salesforce program.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in training facilitation and development, with a proven track record in creating engaging training content using Articulate Storyline or similar platforms. Strong CRM and workflow processing system knowledge, particularly with Salesforce, nCino, or other similar systems, is essential. Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in PowerPoint and Word, is also required. Extensive experience with SharePoint is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the program training SharePoint site.
  • Create Job Aids, training workbooks, one-page instruction documents, visual aids, and Articulate lessons.
  • Develop training and support materials on functional procedures, work instructions, business process overviews.
  • Schedule, monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate instructor-led virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Present information using various instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
  • Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop training content.
  • Maintain Resource Centre content up-to-date and ensure materials meet French language requirements.
  • Assist with training assessment activities through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.

Requirements
• 3-4 years related training facilitation and development experience.
  • Proven experience with Articulate Storyline (or similar platforms eg. Camtasia).
  • Proven experience with CRM and workflow / processing systems (eg., functional understanding Salesforce, nCino or other).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (PPT, Word).
  • Used SharePoint extensively.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
