Learning and Performance Manager for Canadian Commercial Banking

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Performance Manager to join our Canadian Commercial Banking team. As a key member of the Sales Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for ideating, managing, and delivering net new training initiatives, as well as maintaining and improving existing programs and learning collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training initiatives that meet the needs of our Canadian Commercial Banking stakeholders
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, key partners, and leaders to identify learning and sales experience gaps and recommend solutions
• Support the sustainment of business initiatives by monitoring the integration of content among all onboarding programs and making recommendations to stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of new Sales Effectiveness initiatives/programs in collaboration with key partners
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience managing small to medium-sized initiatives/projects related to training/learning/facilitation
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Solid knowledge of Canadian Business Banking's vision, objectives, and structure
• Strong understanding of adult learning strategies and delivery mechanisms
• French language an asset
