Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a fast-paced environment
