Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and maintain a healthy bottom line
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Monitor revenue and labor costs to ensure efficient use of resources
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve exceptional customer service and quality standards
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of menu items and services
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff
- Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Equivalent experience or training
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
