Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and pipeline growth through effective lead qualification and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our internal database to identify and prioritize high-potential leads for sales qualifying calls.
  • Conduct approximately 100 sales qualifying calls per day to assess client eligibility for various programs and document interactions for smooth transition to the sales team.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the sales team.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with new clients and effectively gather and share information.
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
