Sales Representative Job Description

At Sunrise Farms, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering our annual top-line sales targets for the foodservice channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Accurately forecast sales volume and provide regular updates to management.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in food sales, foodservice, or merchandising.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with interprovincial travel required.
