About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Tiffany Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through your expertise and passion for Tiffany & Co.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase sales.
  • Provide personalized client experiences through in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of diamonds and precious stones (diploma/accredited certification a plus).
  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
