About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Montréal. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple contact channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide elevated, personalized service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client-centric resolution.
- Initiate proactive product recommendations, leveraging brand awareness and storytelling to drive conversion and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, collecting relevant information to support longer-term relationship building.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and processes, communicating with passion and authenticity.
- Meet and exceed client, service, and commercial goals.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury client service, with a client-centric mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms, with ability to multitask and handle phone, email, and live chat communications.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a strong asset.
