Role Overview:
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a skilled Client Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales growth. As a key ambassador of the Tiffany brand, you will embody the company's values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and exceed sales targets.
- Provide personalized client experiences through expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and client preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay current with company initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of diamonds and precious stones (diploma/accredited certification a plus).
- A college/university degree.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
