This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems, and providing top-notch customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and fulfill parts orders from customers, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and shipping times in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and availability of parts.
  • Vendor Management: Work with multiple vendors to provide customers with various options to satisfy their parts requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Brandt field staff members to provide seamless support and assistance to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the heavy-duty truck industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
