Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of Voilà and will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through various channels
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction and resolution
    • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
    • Provide clear and concise information to customers and team members
  • Training and Development
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
    • Assist in training and development of new team members

Requirements

  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in using various software and systems, including CRM tools and email management systems
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 2+ years of customer service experience required
