Job Title: Administrative Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team at Ace Business Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries and complaints
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
