Job Summary

FedEx est à la recherche d'un représentant de service à la clientèle pour rejoindre son équipe. Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, de gérer les tâches administratives et de contribuer à la croissance des ventes.

Responsabilités

  • Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant à leurs questions et en résolvant leurs problèmes.
  • Gérer les tâches administratives, telles que la gestion des documents et la maintenance des équipements.
  • Contribuer à la croissance des ventes en identifiant les opportunités de vente et en fournissant des conseils aux clients.
  • Travailler en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches pouvant lui être assignées.

Compétences et qualifications requises

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent.
  • Préférence accordée aux titulaires d'un diplôme d'études collégiales.
  • Connaissance des règlements douaniers canadiens.
  • Connaissance des services et systèmes de FedEx Express et FedEx Ground.
  • Capacité à réussir les examens de base et les examens périodiques.
  • Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb.
  • Doit réussir les tests et programmes de formation obligatoires.
  • Doit fonctionner dans un environnement PC/Windows.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication verbale.
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problème.
  • Bonnes capacités de négociation.
  • Aptitude avérée à gérer le stress et le travail dans un environnement de travail très poussés, surveillés et changer.
