Customer Service / Inside Sales Role

Infinite Cables Inc is a leading manufacturer and distributor of computer cables, accessories, and connectivity products. We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a customer service/inside sales representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products to meet their needs.
  • Enter customer orders into our inventory system, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Resolve product and service-related issues, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales transactions through our e-commerce platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with customers, providing expert support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Self-starter and team player with a positive attitude.

Education and Experience:

  • Completion of university or college.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
