Position Overview

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a skilled **Systems Analyst** to assist in various initiatives. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining the current software infrastructure, offering operational assistance, and implementing improvements to existing systems. A quick learner with a strong ability to comprehend and manage intricate systems is essential for this role.

Core Competencies

Proficiency in .NET, SQL, Agile methodologies, iOS development, Azure services, CI/CD practices, and mobile technologies.

Contract Type

This is a **Contract** position.

Essential Qualifications
  • A completed 4-year degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a 2-year diploma in Computer Engineering/System Technology.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer systems technology and design methodologies.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in web application development.
  • At least 7 years of experience in analysis and design for .NET web applications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis and design for mobile applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience with .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue).
  • 5 years of experience with web communication protocols such as REST, SOAP, and Web Sockets.
  • 5 years of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in Agile product delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in native iOS application development.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of TDD methodologies (VSTest, Jest, Mocha, Puppeteer).
Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work arrangement, including options for remote work.

Compensation

The hourly rate is **negotiable** based on experience and qualifications.
