Job Description

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically focusing on the Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, document analysis, and requirements workshops.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, requirements, and business process models to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct business process analysis and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of the ERP system.
  • Lead and participate in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain defect management processes to ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, models, and specifications to clarify and validate business processes.
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP implementation.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and user guides to ensure effective use of the ERP system.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically in ERP implementation and SAP.
  • Experience working in Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources functional areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with planning, creating, and executing business analysis activities.
  • Experience with facilitating requirements gathering sessions and documenting requirements.
  • Experience with developing and documenting a traceability matrix.
  • Experience with making decisions and recommendations on complex issues.
  • Experience with establishing methods and tools to support documenting business requirements.
