Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be tasked with:

  • Supporting the existing software framework.
  • Providing operational assistance for ongoing projects.
  • Developing enhancements to existing systems.
Required Skills

Essential qualifications include:

  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a diploma in Computer Engineering/System Technology.
  • A minimum of 8 years in application development.
  • A comprehensive understanding of computer systems technology and design methodologies.
  • At least 7 years of experience in web application development.
  • 7 years of analysis and design experience specifically for .NET web applications.
  • 5 years of analysis and design experience in mobile application development.
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable skills include:

  • 5 years of experience with .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with a popular JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue).
  • 5 years of experience with web communication protocols such as REST, SOAP, and Web Sockets.
  • 5 years of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in Agile product delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in native iOS development.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of TDD methodologies (VSTest, Jest, Mocha, Puppeteer).
Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment with the possibility of contract extensions.

Compensation

The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
