Job Description

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically focusing on the Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in gathering, analyzing, and validating process flows and requirements. You will work closely with our business clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Develop and maintain business process models and documentation
  • Work with technical teams to ensure that business requirements are met
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on ERP implementation
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with SAP ERP system is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:
