About the Role
The Regional Healthcare Sector Leader for Manitoba is a key position within the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, responsible for driving the strategic development and business management of the Regional Healthcare Practice. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and the ability to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Regional Healthcare Practice in Manitoba
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering healthcare projects, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes
Requirements
- Architecture degree with the ability to be licensed in Manitoba/Saskatchewan/Alberta
- At least 15 years of experience in the healthcare market, preferably in a leadership role
- Recognized healthcare planner is considered a desirable asset
