About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region. You will sell our innovative Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaSS) model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution. You will leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships and identify and engage decision-makers in Municipalities, Legal, Food, Non-Profit, Healthcare, HealthTech, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region.
- Sell our innovative RaaSS model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution.
- Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in Municipalities, Legal, Food, Non-Profit, Healthcare, HealthTech, and other sectors.
- Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients, positioning destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
- Continuously collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
- A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment services, particularly in the North American market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of managing remote work using your home office and internet setup.
