As an Administrative Coordinator at John Green Personal Real Estate corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, ensuring they align with our company's goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Another key aspect of this role is assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. You will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will be part of a team that values excellent oral communication, time management, and teamwork.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
