About the Role


We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our business partners, helping them navigate complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.


Key responsibilities include:


  1. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to business partners, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
  2. Developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, employee communications, and other HR initiatives.
  4. Conducting investigations and providing recommendations on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  5. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

What You Bring to the Table


  1. University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of related experience as a Senior HR Consultant/HR Business Partner in a similar and complex work environment.
  3. CHRP designation is an asset.
  4. Solid knowledge in all areas of human resources, including performance management, employee relations, change management, engagement, compensation, organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
  5. Proven track record of critical and strategic thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive business results.
  6. Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  7. Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Bilingualism (French and English) is required, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues across the country.
