Senior Manager, Regional Lead, Investment Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Regional Lead, Private Investment Counsel to join our team at MD Management Limited, a division of Scotia Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the overall success of the MD Private Investment Counsel (MDPIC) in Canada by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
- Implement and maintain strategies for best-in-class professional practices for the Portfolio Managers (PMs) in their Region, and at a national level.
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with the integrated direction and structure of MD PIC and develop and monitor service and practice management standards for discretionary management, ensuring these standards allow MDFM to attain both quantitative and qualitative performance goals.
- University degree.
- 5+ years Portfolio Manager experience.
- CFA designation, or significant Portfolio Manager experience, with the ability to become registered as a Portfolio Manager.
- Experience in leading a team of highly qualified professionals.
- Proven track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives while providing exceptional client service.
