Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Growth Product Manager - Innovation Catalyst to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a hacker mindset, tactical approach, and GSD attitude, leveraging data analysis expertise to inform product decisions and deliver world-class products.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement product strategies, design and execute A/B tests, and work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new features and improvements. You'll be responsible for:
- Driving growth through innovative product strategies and tactics
- Leveraging data insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Collaborating with design, engineering, and QA teams to design, develop, test, and launch new features
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Growth PM
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- A proven track record of success in driving software product development at high-growth tech companies
- Highly skilled in data analysis and statistical methods, with proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Heap and Metabase
- Strong understanding of user psychology principles and ability to apply them to product development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to reconcile opinions with actual data
