At the University Health Network, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. As a Senior Project Manager, Patient Experience, you'll play a critical role in leading digital programs to drive positive outcomes for our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish business cases and program/project roadmaps
  • Oversee end-to-end ownership of program planning and delivery for a mix of projects
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams to execute short-term and long-term plans
  • Establish and maintain strong program and project management office controls
  • Manage and coach assigned project management staff

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Digital PMO team to plan and implement key strategic digital programs and projects. You'll apply best practices for managing projects, change, and risk to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective coordination of resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years Project Management experience required
  • Minimum 5 years Program Management experience preferred
  • Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics or Administration, Technology, Science, Business, or related field required
