We're seeking an experienced Digital Experience Leader to drive innovation and excellence in our digital products. As a seasoned professional, you'll leverage your expertise to guide teams in designing seamless customer experiences that meet business goals.

**Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (Canada)**

About the Role

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing end-to-end digital experiences that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design leaders to drive strategy and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement design systems to ensure consistency and quality across digital products.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging teams to push boundaries and try new approaches.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers to help them grow professionally and develop their skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 6+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on user experience and interface design.
  • Proven track record of driving design innovation and excellence in fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience with design systems, human-centered design, and agile methodologies.
  • Portfolio that showcases your design thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.
