We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation and improving healthcare services across Ontario.



About the Role


In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our Digital Excellence in Health (DxH) staff and other teams to embed digital-first practices, processes, and tools. You will champion our portfolio's vision to reimagine our digital and virtual assets and create a better, more connected healthcare system.



About You


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions or processes where issues are not easily evident
  • Ability to form internal relationships to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client current and projected needs
  • Ability to maintain awareness of varying stakeholder objectives and influence positive outcomes by actively listening, facilitating, and communicating complex content
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment, equally comfortable working with teams online or in person
  • Experience planning and leading large meetings and project management experience in the healthcare sector
