Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Calibre Collision. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions, as required.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Setting
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willing to relocate.
Work Language
  • English.
Hours
  • 35 hours per week.
