About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Catalog Harmonized Consultant to join our team at Groupe vétérinaire Daubigny. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinics during the transition of their existing catalogs to our standard VetStrategy catalog.

This is not just a simple ticket management role in Zendesk. You will have the opportunity to refine and improve our standard catalog by considering the specific needs of our clinic staff. With your practical experience, you will have a significant impact on streamlining our operations, reducing manual data entry for our clinic staff, and allowing our clinics to focus on their core mission: improving the lives of companion animals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine and manage Zendesk tickets from clinics in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Ensure that all new code requests are integrated into all clinic databases to maintain harmonization.
  • Monitor ticket requests and identify recurring issues to address at a larger scale.
  • Maintain professional communication with team members who submit tickets and inform them of any changes or updates in the databases.
  • Collaborate with the HCAT consultant who converted the clinic to obtain context for requests or anomalies.
  • Work with Tarification consultants to determine or approve pricing approaches if a request requires price modifications.
  • Master catalog-related features in VetUp to be comfortable with any catalog modification requests.
  • Have a deep understanding of our Harmonized Catalog Structure (HCS) to be comfortable with any catalog modification requests.
  • Understand Zendesk platform features, including macro use and ticket reassignment.
  • Communicate any Zendesk process or configuration changes to the HCAT team and ensure their implementation.
  • Ensure that tickets intended for other teams, such as inventory, training, or implementation, are forwarded to the correct team.

Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Closely coordinate with other program departments to ensure smooth communication regarding requests.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the project team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Other

  • Participate in other ad-hoc and individual projects as needed by the group and company.

Context, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in the veterinary field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clinic staff and project team members.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in change management and ability to thrive in uncertain situations.
  • Proficiency in one or more patient management systems (e.g., AVImark, Logivet, Infinity, Cornerstone, Merlin) and ability to quickly learn different systems.
  • Competence in Microsoft O365, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, with the ability to quickly learn new skills and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
