About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Catalog Harmonization Specialist to join our team at Groupe vétérinaire Daubigny. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding veterinary clinics during the transition from their old catalogs to our standard VetStrategy catalog.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catalog Harmonization and Zendesk Management
    • Review and manage clinic request tickets efficiently, ensuring seamless integration of new code requests into all clinic databases.
    • Track ticket requests and identify recurring concerns to address on a larger scale, promoting harmonization and reducing manual data entry burden for clinic staff.
    • Maintain professional communication with team members, keeping them informed of any changes or movements in the databases.
    • Collaborate with the Advisor who converted the clinic to gain context on requests or anomalies.
    • Work closely with Pricing Advisors to determine or approve pricing approach if a request requires price changes.
    • Master functionalities related to the catalog in VetUp to be comfortable with any catalog modification requests.
    • Have in-depth knowledge of our Harmonized Catalog Structure (HCS) to be comfortable with any catalog modification requests.
    • Understand Zendesk platform features, including the use of macros and ticket reassignment.
    • Communicate any process or Zendesk configuration changes for HCAT to our support team and ensure their implementation.
    • Ensure tickets intended for other teams, such as inventory, training, or implementation, are routed to the correct team.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination
    • Closely coordinate with other program departments to ensure smooth communication related to requests.
    • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the project team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Participate in other ad hoc and individual projects as needed by the group and the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the veterinary field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clinic staff and project team members.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven change management skills and ability to thrive in uncertain situations.
  • Mastery of one or more patient management systems (e.g., AVImark, Logivet, Infinity, Cornerstone, Merlin) and ability to quickly learn different systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 suite, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
