About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that specializes in designing, building, and implementing real-time operational solutions for industrial/manufacturing and transportation/logistics organizations worldwide.

We are looking for an individual who can provide financial support to our project managers, ensuring timely and accurate customer billings and supporting documentation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience populating and analyzing financial and project data using Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Perform project accounting functions including opening and closing projects within the accounting system.
  • Work with project managers to prepare timely and accurate customer billings and supporting documentation.
  • Engage in WIP processes including activities such as project forecast, WIP reconciliation, project cost transfers, change order updates, and adjustments.
  • Assist in collecting receivables.
  • Work with transactions involving multi-currency and tax considerations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Math, Economics, or college equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV software would be beneficial but is not required.
  • Experience in a professional services business would be beneficial but is not required.
