Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at 360 Inc. in Griffintown, where you will be responsible for driving the success of our sales team through effective B2B marketing strategies.

This is a dynamic and innovative role that offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 CAD, plus benefits including full group insurance from day one, unlimited virtual medical clinic for you and your family, and discounts at various partners.

We also offer flexible hours, a hybrid work environment, and opportunities to work from abroad for four weeks per year.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive sales team success;
  • Lead market trend analysis and competitive intelligence for website and CRM products;
  • Determine performance indicators specific to SAAS software sales and monitor them to support decision-making;
  • Create compelling case studies demonstrating the ROI of our solutions;
  • Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the sales team;
  • Manage and supervise the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of priorities;
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the sale of SAAS software;
  • Experience in inspiring, recruiting, developing, and motivating high-performing teams;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in English and French;
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset;
