Immersive Experience Production Manager

Vibrant Idéation & Marketing Inc is a leading commercial marketing firm dedicated to delivering engaging experiences and capabilities. We're thrilled to announce the launch of our new immersive division, Vibrant Studios, which aims to connect stories with audiences through cutting-edge technology.
We're seeking a visionary and experienced leader to oversee the technical development of our immersive experiences. Your leadership, production expertise, and project management skills will be instrumental in creating captivating and unforgettable journeys for our audiences.
Job Overview:- This role involves designing, implementing, and managing advanced AV systems, including AR/VR setups and interactive media, ensuring seamless hardware and software integration.
- Create and execute a comprehensive production strategy for immersive experiences, aligning with the company's creative vision and objectives.
- Develop project timelines, manage resources, and ensure delivery of projects on schedule and within budget.
- Oversight all technical aspects of immersive experience production, including set design, technology integration, special effects, hardware & software solutions to ensure seamless functionality across the experience.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored AV solutions and ongoing support.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theater Production, Event Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in immersive experience production, including a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of technical aspects of immersive experiences and/or theatre production.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Bilingual French/English.
- Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
