**Key Responsibilities**
The Sous Chef will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Leading a team of chefs and cooks to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
- Developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives to reduce food waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and special events.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in a senior culinary position, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- A solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
