Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at T&Z CONSULTING LIMITED. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
