About Our Client

Our client, a well-established boutique law firm located in downtown Vancouver, seeks a part-time Human Resources Manager to support the firm's Partners. This role involves managing the HR function, acting as liaison and facilitator for various departments and stakeholders.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced law firm leader who is approachable, flexible, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working in HR departments and a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruitment and selection of staff
  • Conducting annual performance reviews and compensation analysis
  • Addressing performance concerns as needed
  • Managing staff vacation time
  • Administering firm Policies and Procedures, and updating them as required in accordance with Employment Standards

Compensation and Benefits

The expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000-110,000 (full-time equivalent; will be pro-rated to reflect part-time schedule). Our client offers a competitive total benefits package.
