Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Kaizen Health Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure a welcoming work environment for all employees

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative procedures.

Language: English

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
