About the Role

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for providing quality, responsive day-to-day client service to our clients. This includes reviewing renewals for coverage, accuracy, and market, adhering to binding authority set out by carriers, processing and/or reviewing all transactions, following internal workflow, achieving division retention goals, identifying upsell opportunities, explaining and recommending to clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and producing quality leads to the sales team.

About You

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance and/or industry-related experience. A university degree or college diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation, and New Brunswick level 2 license or higher are preferred. Knowledge of EPIC is an asset. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision in a team environment, and a strong emphasis on a positive team dynamic.
