About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team in the Atlantic region. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our commercial clients, with a focus on the Transportation segment.

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their risk management goals. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, and collaborating with insurers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of commercial clients, with a focus on Transportation, to drive business retention and build strong customer relationships.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking the necessary steps to place coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set by carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives to bind clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and policy updates, ensuring you have the latest knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
About You
  • You are a solution-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to prioritize effectively to exceed client expectations.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are highly tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • You have 3-5 years of commercial mid-market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment, and experience within the Transportation segment is highly valued.
  • You hold a valid license and relevant certifications, such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM.
