Job Title: Solutions Manager

At Dash Hudson, we're seeking a highly skilled Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert-level support to clients, addressing technical queries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform developments, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in technical account management or solutions consulting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer-centricity.
