About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Business Analyst to join our team at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan. As a key member of our Plan Operations team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and timely analysis of pension administration business processes and associated risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed business process mapping and analysis during the execution of risk reviews
  • Develop risk review scenarios and testing procedures based on risk profiles
  • Monitor testing and review testing results
  • Collaborate with the risk review team to provide pension processes expertise and timely support

Requirements:

  • University degree or post-graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Over 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, quality assurance, process improvement, and/or risk management roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
