About the Role

This is a key position at Lifemark where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As a Client Services Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, legislative requirements, and industry developments to stay informed about changes that may impact key accounts.
  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and growth plans to operations, providing insights and recommendations for meeting SLAs and increasing business.
  • Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network of key clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience required.
  • Proven track-record of successfully managing accounts or sales, with at least 3 years of experience in account management.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management, account planning, and general sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective business operational effectiveness and continuation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required to meet with key clients and attend industry events.
