About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Planning and Governance: Develop and execute account plans that align with our clients' business objectives, including relationship management, opportunity identification, and price decisions.
  • Deal Navigation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, form and lead pursuit teams, and recommend and defend winning prices.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level client contacts, understand client drivers and competitor moves, and interface with clients on expectations.
  • Business Development: Drive MSA/SOWs/payments, resolve delivery escalations and complaints, and mentor IBU account teams to demonstrate business value to clients.
  • Account Growth: Maintain Infosys' price premium, enhance client satisfaction, and grow the account as per the account plan.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 11+ years of experience in sales/relationship management/account management, with significant business development and project management experience.
  • Skills: Strong sales and relationship management skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level client contacts, and experience with account planning and governance.
