About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CUSTOM KART INC. as a User Support Technician. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to technical issues, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions, and provide regular reports to management on system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality support services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their technical needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to employees.
