Strategic Solutions Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Strategic Solutions to join our team at Blakely Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in fundraising and direct response to drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThe Director, Strategic Solutions will be responsible for conducting research, planning, and assisting with our Strategic Solutions product offerings. This includes advising and assisting on multi-channel fundraising strategies for our top-tier clients, conducting assessments of current strategies, and consulting on improvements and development of new donor segmentation strategies locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic solutions to drive business growth and success
- Conduct research and analysis to inform fundraising strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multi-channel fundraising campaigns
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on fundraising and direct response strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising and direct response
- University degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in fundraising and direct response, or comparable experience with a strong understanding of data and metrics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
