Job Description:
As a Senior Marketing Technologist, you'll be responsible for developing features that empower commercial pharma teams to better understand and serve their audiences. This includes conducting research to understand motivations, pain points, and behaviors of healthcare providers, patients, and pharma commercial teams.

You will develop products and features that support hyper-personalized engagement strategies by integrating behavioral, demographic, and account-level data. You'll also assist with the overall product strategy and roadmap, implementing solutions that help pharma commercial teams execute effective omnichannel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop features that enable buyer persona development, onboarding, and customer enablement

  • Translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need deep knowledge of the Pharma industry, particularly in the commercial life sciences sector. Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and customer engagement strategies, as well as demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions, is essential.

You'll also require exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive product decision-making. Experience working as a Product Manager of marketing products or similar experience in a fast-paced technology/SaaS startup environment is necessary.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, flexible working hours, and an open and flexible vacation policy.
