Job Title: IHealth Department Lead

Island Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of IHealth Department Lead. This position plays a critical role in leading the development and implementation of clinical standards and guidelines for Island Health's Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of clinical standards and guidelines for the EHR.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical standards into daily practice.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on clinical standards and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of the EHR system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in clinical standards development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
