We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant by developing and implementing effective operational strategies.

About the Role:

  • Lead the restaurant team in successful day-to-day operations, setting high standards for customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Act as General Manager when necessary, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and employee development.
  • Develop and train the restaurant team, focusing on exceptional customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, guests, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, preferably with Chipotle.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remaining flexible and proactive in response to challenges.
