Enbridge is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor Performance Reporting to lead our Reporting and Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytical insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of reporting and analytics professionals to design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analysis that support business functions and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage and enhance existing reporting capabilities, and implement predictive business analytics to improve process and data quality.
  • Provide functional and project support to clients, ensuring successful delivery of required reporting and analysis that supports the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting and analysis, and manage data integrity.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the Reporting Team, Analytics Team, and consult with the Performance Measurement team to ensure work performed by the broader Performance and Compliance team is delivered efficiently and is integrated into the overall plan and needs of a broad client base.
Requirements:
  • University degree and minimum of seven or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and progressive experience.
  • Experience with Analytics tools such as PowerBI and Business Objects.
  • Experience managing a team and achieving team goals and/or other relevant people leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills required to lead a team of 5-7 full-time and contract team members with bold targets and strict deadlines.
  • In-depth experience with Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
  • Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good client and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once, under constant deadline pressures.
