Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Processing Lead to join our team in St. Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador. As a Processing Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash processing facilities, providing operational support to meet deadlines, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support
- Provide training and support to cash processing staff to ensure successful operations
- Coordinate cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit daily reports to customers
- Quality Control
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitor product quality and follow established procedures
- Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory control of all production supplies and equipment used in cash processing
- Problem-Solving
- Troubleshoot and resolve processing problems
- Recommend processing systems modifications to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency, and productivity
Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge of the cash services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly
- Facility to organize and prioritize work activities
- Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
- Strong critical thinking and active listening
- Available for days, evenings, and overnight shifts
- Ability to work in a noisy environment with a great deal of physical movement required
